Applying to a post-secondary institution may seem to be an overwhelming experience for anyone who is new to the process. Nonetheless, the Admissions Office at Cambrooks College in Calgary looks into your admission process by providing you with timely and informative answers to your questions about our various programs, admission requirements, and the selection process.

 

Whether you are currently in high school, an international student seeking a better opportunity in Canada, a mature student thinking of going back to school or attending post-secondary institution thinking about making a switch to Cambrooks College, we would like your admission experience to be as smooth as possible. Ensure we discuss the ‘rolling admission process’ – a standardized process whereby once a student takes an exam and passes, they are eligible to enter the class right away. Students may be eligible for a tuition bonus who have been accepted for admissions to Cambrooks College and have commenced classes. For more information please contact info@cambrooks.ca.

 

Note: Canadian Residents are required to show proof of residency, such as passport, PR card, or proof of refugee status, while international students are required to show a valid study visa.


ADMISSION PROCESS

  1. Complete a downloaded copy of the application form through this page or ask for the form by sending email to info@cambrooks.ca
  • Forward scanned copies of:
  • Credentials
  • Biodata page of International Passport
  • Passport photo
  1. Pay the application fee of $150 (Canadian Dollars) and receive an official receipt.
  2. Receive the admission offer letter (if you qualify).
  3. Accept the offer of admission. Review and sign the enrollment/admission contract. Send your signed documents to info@cambrooks.ca
  4. Pay a registration fee of $500 (Canadian Dollars). This fee is applied to your tuition and is refundable if you fail to get a study visa. Receive the official receipt.
  5. Receive package on starting program online.
    Once the program has started, pay the first year tuition and receive an official receipt. Do not pay an agent or any other person. Pay through the college payment gateway; you can find this on the 
    Home page or the Payments link.
  6.  Apply for a study visa at the Canadian Embassy near you.
  7. Once the results of your visa application are known, send a scanned copy to info@cambrooks.ca
  • If you received a study visa, send us a scanned copy of your International Passport Biodata and the visa pages. The college will send you a welcome package and plan for your arrival.
  • If your visa is denied, send us the visa denial letter
  • You can then make your decision regarding your studies. Continue your studies online.
  • End your studies. If you decide to end your studies, the college will refund the $500 registration fee and the first-year tuition paid.
